The Kanata Farmers Market Loyalty Card Program (the “Loyalty Program”) starts at 9:00 a.m. on May 27, 2023 and ends on October 7th, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. This program is open to Ontario Residents Only. The administrator is The Kanata Farmers Market, 745 Kanata Ave, Kanata, ON K2T 1H9 (Mailing Address:  1101 York’s Corners Rd, Edwards ON K0A 1V0).

 

Loyalty Cards will be available at the Kanata Farmers Market Welcome Booth, Each time you attend the market, visit the welcome booth to receive a stamp. After 8 stamps, you can enter the draw to win $300.00 in market dollars.

Draws will take place on July 29 and September 23, 2023, by submitting the required Ballot card to the Kanata Farmers Market Welcome Booth. 

There are a total of 2 prizes to be won for $300.00 in Kanata Farmers Market Dollars each. Winners will be contacted during the week following the draw. The winners will be able to pick up their prize winnings at the Kanata Farmers Market Welcome Booth.  

Market Dollars are to be redeemed for merchandise at the Kanata Farmers Market. Market Dollars are not redeemable for Canadian Currency. Winner must use the full amount of the Market Dollar bill, no change will be issued in Canadian currency for unused amounts of the Market Dollars bill. Replacements will not be given to lost or stollen Kanata Farmers Market Dollars.

Winner must answer a skill testing question to claim their prize. A piece of photo Identification will be required that matches the name given on the ballot.

The Winner will be contacted using their phone number and email address submitted on the Ballot portion of the Kanata Farmers Market Mailout. The winner’s name will also be announced on Facebook and Instagram. Winner will be asked to take a photo with market staff on the day they pickup their prize for the purpose of promotional posting to Facebook & Instagram.

If the winner cannot be contacted, another winner will be chosen after a 2-month period, from the date the ballot was drawn. 

The odds of winning depend on the number of entries and timing of Kanata Farmers Market visits. Only 1 Ballot per person will be accepted. Only Open to the residents of Ontario who are 18 years or older. 

There is no purchase necessary for entry to this draw. 

By submitting the ballot for the 2023 DRAW FOR MARKET DOLLARS you also give consent to Kanata Farmers Market to contact you with newsletters & promotions.
